Swimming is the most popular recreational activity in United States youth between the ages of seven and twelve. Why not make swimming even more fun by adding in some learning and friendly competition? OKC Parks and Recreation offers a recreational Swim Team during the summer for just that purpose!

Swim Team is focused on improving swimmers strokes and form, and also on building friendships and having a blast! Participants can join for part of or the entire summer, and are not required to attend every practice. Swim meets are held at varying locations around the OKC Metro on Saturday mornings throughout the summer.

Swim Team meets Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30am - 10:30am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
Contact Joshua Grider at (405) 297-1424 for more information.
