Mon 06/01/20  OKC United FC Tryouts - Youth Competitive Club Soccer
Event ID: 29313
It is the mission of OKC United FC to provide a safe environment for players to excel in the community. We are dedicated to providing our players with love, honor, and respect through the game of soccer. We will create a comfortable atmosphere for our players and coaches to showcase their talents and skills at OKCUFC, state and national levels.

Tryouts are held once a year for the seasonal club year beginning June 1, 2020. Players must tryout for their appropriate age groups, unless prior approval has been given by members of the OKCUFC Board. It is recommended that a player wishing to play up should attend both age group tryouts. Coaches will decide if players are qualified to play up.

The coaches who will be coaching the teams in an age group, have control of the player selections for their teams, with final approval from the OKCUFC Board.   Additional coaches will serve as evaluators to assist the team coaches. Our coaches have been carefully selected, and the coaching assessment of players is what OKCUFC relies on for player selection. These trained coaches are looking to pick the best possible players to create the best possible team.

If a player is unable to attend a tryout with the appropriate age group, please make an effort to attend a tryout with the age group one year younger or older than the appropriate age group. Please notify the OKCUFC Board if this issue arises.

Individuals selected to an OKCUFC team will be notified throughout the tryout process. Players will be notified at the tryout, or in most cases by email, of being selected or not selected to the team.
Coaches and Tryout information TBD. For more information please contact Ryan Richter at ryan.richter@okc.gov or 405-297-3169
